Silent is for now instead of n!tmod, becouse we have problem to start n!tmod server on new server machine.

Still dont now why or what is the problem but we will try to solve it in couple of days, hope silent mod is ok too and there could be vote if you prefer silent or n!tmod or maybe we can have both in future..
